317 xEpicz Update Enployement - 100% Newest updates

1. Added real AGS special 100% like rs, Sofisticated spec with no lagg.
2. Added real BGS special 100% like rs, Sofisticated spec with no lagg.
3. Added Spellbook teleporting.(50%)
4. Added Staff of Light(Since this is a old school server, I felt to add a Custom item so it has something special. SoL will appear as a donator only item.)
5. Added Rocktail(Probably going to get removed.)
6. New login home set-d up.
7. NPC dialogues for "King Percival" is coded. He`s something like a server guide.
8. NPC dialogues at Varrock are coded, so some of the NPC`s you talk to, you can talk to `em and access the stores, or just trade the NPC`s if you wish to directly open the shops.
9. Some new Pking shops added at home.
10. Added Donator status.
11. Added Black Marks. You will get each blackmark by a staff member which report you.
